about
sarah
A lifelong learner and story-keeper drawn to the nuance of it all. My work is depth-oriented and relational in nature, inspired by the quiet magic of shared space—felt experience, undoing aloneness, a steady hand while you find the right words.
Whether you’re postpartum, pregnant, trying to be, supporting someone who is, or somewhere lost in the middle,
I’m here to hold it with you.

As a trained perinatal and reproductive therapist, I can support you in addressing the different impacts of pregnancy and postpartum including postpartum depression and anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and everything in between.
Expanding your family is a uniquely challenging experience. This can include pregnancy loss, stillbirth, TFMR, abortion, and supported fertility treatments. Fear, grief, sadness, anger among other things all deserve to be supported before you reach a breaking point.
Becoming a parent changes you at a cellular level. How you think, feel, speak, see the world. Nothing is unaffected. It's a change no one prepares you for. It it worth giving a story and a voice to.
Because you've changed, of course your relationships have too. Exploring new selves, new interactions, new boundaries, new styles of communication, nothing is off limits.

you don't have to be ready -- just come.
Start where you are; messy, lost, without the words, without a plan.
